Fundraisers for Your Baseball Team

Between bats, gloves, catcher’s gear, tournament fees, and travel ball costs, a baseball season isn’t cheap. Premier Fundraiser gives your team baseball team fundraisers that raise real money, without turning parents into full-time salespeople. Your group pre-sells Creamies Ice Cream, a treat people already want, so orders add up fast and the season gets funded.

Why Baseball Programs Choose Our Fundraisers

A baseball season brings a long list of costs: new bats and gloves, catcher’s equipment, tournament entry fees, field upkeep, travel to out of town games, and uniforms that need replacing every year or two. A single bake sale won’t cover that, and asking the same handful of parents to chip in extra every year wears thin fast. That’s why baseball programs, from Little League to travel ball, turn to Premier Fundraiser when they need baseball team fundraisers that raise enough to matter.

Our ice cream program works because Creamies sells itself. Parents, grandparents, and neighbors say yes fast, which means your players spend more time at practice and less time chasing down sales. Whether you’re funding a spring travel schedule or covering registration for a summer tournament, this program was built with a team like yours in mind, no matter what division or league you play in.

A Baseball Fundraiser Built to Be Simple

The process is simple. Your team pre-sells boxes of Creamies Ice Cream, collects payment upfront, and hands out the ice cream to your buyers on one set delivery day. There’s no inventory to store and no upfront cost to your program. You pay Premier $18 per box at delivery, and your team keeps $12 of every $30 box sold as profit.

Each box holds 24 individually wrapped ice cream bars, which makes it an easy yes for grandparents, neighbors, and the rest of your baseball family’s support network.

School Baseball Team Fundraisers

A lot of our baseball business comes from school programs, not just rec and travel teams. Booster clubs and athletic departments lean on school baseball team fundraisers to cover what a district budget doesn’t stretch to reach: new equipment, field maintenance, and travel for away games and postseason play. We work with junior high and high school baseball programs the same way we work with youth leagues: a straightforward pre-sale, a dedicated account manager, and marketing materials that make it easy for players, parents, and coaches to spread the word.

Because Creamies is a product every family in the school community already recognizes, school baseball team fundraisers tend to move quickly. Teachers, staff, and classmates are often some of the easiest sales a team makes, which helps programs hit their goals well before opening day.

Tips for a Successful Baseball Team Fundraiser

A baseball team fundraiser goes further when a few basics are in place before the pre-sale starts. Give one coach or team parent ownership of the campaign so questions have a clear place to land. Set a firm two to three week selling window instead of letting it drag on into the season, since orders tend to slow down after the first push. Use the flyers and social media graphics we provide so every seller has the same message to share. And log orders in the online platform as they come in, so nobody’s sale gets missed on delivery day. Teams that follow this pattern tend to hit their goal faster and with less stress on the coaches running the campaign. More team fundraisers: soccer team fundraisers, basketball team fundraisers and football team fundraisers.

Baseball Team Fundraisers in Utah and Idaho

Premier Fundraiser is based in Utah and delivers to baseball and softball teams across Utah and Idaho. From Little League to travel ball and high school programs, teams in both states have used our Creamies program to fund tournaments, equipment and uniforms without adding another car wash to the calendar.

We know the spring and summer schedule here and the distances between towns, so we can plan a delivery day that works for your program. Outside Utah and Idaho? Contact us to ask whether we deliver to your area.

Baseball Team Fundraiser FAQs

A pre-sale is usually the easiest option. Players take orders and collect payment before anything is delivered, then everyone picks up their Creamies on one delivery day. There’s nothing to store, no concession stand to staff, and no upfront cost to your program.

Set a goal tied to your tournament costs, like entry fees, hotels and gas, and schedule the pre-sale a few weeks before those bills are due. Because supporters pay upfront, the money is in hand when registration closes. Players can share the flyers and social posts we provide with family, neighbors and coworkers.

Yes. Softball teams, Little League programs and travel organizations run the same pre-sale. A league can run one fundraiser for several teams, with sales tracked in our order-tracking software so you can see what each team sold, and your Premier representative can set separate pickup times if needed.

The more players who sell, the faster your team reaches its goal, so most teams ask every player to take part. Your account manager can help you set a per-player goal based on what you need to raise, and let you know whether there’s a minimum order for your group.

Late winter and early spring work well for most teams, since equipment, uniforms and tournament fees come due before the first game. A summer delivery also lands when families are happy to have ice cream in the freezer. Keep the selling window to two or three weeks so momentum doesn’t fade.

Your team keeps $12 of every $30 box sold. Supporters make their checks out to your team, club or school, never to Premier. At delivery, your group pays Premier $18 per box with one cashier’s check or organizational check made out to Premier Fundraiser. If your school uses a purchase order system, we’ll gladly work with it.
