Between pads, helmets, cleats, camp costs, and travel to away games, a football season carries a heavy price tag. Premier Fundraiser gives your program football team fundraisers that raise real money, without asking players and parents to cover the gap out of pocket. Your group pre-sells Creamies Ice Cream, a treat people already want, so orders add up fast and the season gets funded.
A football season brings one of the longer expense lists in youth and school sports: helmets and pads that need reconditioning, cleats, travel to away games, camp and clinic fees, and uniforms that take a beating every year. Bake sales and car washes rarely come close to covering it. That’s why so many football programs turn to Premier Fundraiser when they need football team fundraisers that actually move the needle.
Our ice cream program works because Creamies is a product families already want. Parents, grandparents, neighbors, and hometown fans buy in fast, which means your players spend more time in the weight room and less time pushing a sale nobody asked for. Whether you’re funding summer camp or covering the cost of a new set of pads, this program was built to fit a football team’s schedule and budget.
We partner with well-known, reliable brands to ensure your fundraiser is a success. Currently, we’re excited to feature Creamies. We are currently featuring a variety pack with Chocolate, Banana, and Orange Creamies!
The process is simple. Your team pre-sells boxes of Creamies Ice Cream, collects payment upfront, and hands out the ice cream to your buyers on one set delivery day. There’s no inventory to store and no upfront cost to your program. You pay Premier $18 per box at delivery, and your team keeps $12 of every $30 box sold as profit.
Each box holds 24 individually wrapped ice cream bars, so buyers get a treat the whole family can enjoy, and your program gets a fundraiser people actually want to support.
A good share of our football business comes from school programs, not just youth leagues. Booster clubs and athletic departments lean on school football team fundraisers to close the gap between what a district budget covers and what a competitive season actually costs. We work with junior high and high school football programs the same way we work with youth leagues: a straightforward pre-sale, a dedicated account manager, and marketing materials that make it easy for players, parents, and coaches to spread the word.
Because Creamies is a product every family in the school community already recognizes, school football team fundraisers tend to move quickly. Teachers, staff, and classmates are often some of the easiest sales a team makes, which helps programs hit their goals before two-a-days even start.
A football season already asks a lot of your coaching staff and team parents, so we built our program to take the guesswork out of fundraising.
Track orders, manage your list of sellers, and keep everything organized from kickoff to delivery in one platform.
You get one point of contact who knows your program and keeps your fundraiser on schedule.
Flyers, order sheets, and social media materials are ready to go, so your coaches and team parents aren't starting from scratch.
Over 90% of the groups we work with come back for another fundraiser, which says a lot about how basketball programs feel about their results after the first season.
Premier Fundraiser is based in Utah and delivers to football teams across Utah and Idaho. From youth leagues to high school programs, teams in both states have used our Creamies program to fund equipment, camps and travel without adding another car wash to the calendar.
We know the season schedule here and the distances between towns, so we can plan a delivery day that works for your program. Outside Utah and Idaho? Contact us to ask whether we deliver to your area.
A pre-sale is usually the easiest option. Players take orders and collect payment before anything is delivered, then everyone picks up their Creamies on one delivery day. With a big roster, that adds up quickly, and there’s nothing to store and no upfront cost to your program.
Set a goal tied to specific costs, like helmet reconditioning, pads or summer camp fees, and schedule the pre-sale a few weeks before those bills are due. Because supporters pay upfront, the money is in hand when you need it. Players can share the flyers and social posts we provide with family, neighbors and coworkers.
Yes. A booster club can run one pre-sale across varsity, JV, freshman and youth teams. Sales are tracked in our order-tracking software, so the club can see what each team sold, and your Premier representative can set separate pickup times for each team if needed.
The more players who sell, the faster your team reaches its goal, so most teams ask every player to take part. Your account manager can help you set a per-player goal based on what you need to raise, and let you know whether there’s a minimum order for your group.
Spring and early summer work well for most programs, since equipment orders and camp fees come due before fall practice starts. Keep the selling window to two or three weeks so momentum doesn’t fade, then hold one delivery day for the whole team.
Your team keeps $12 of every $30 box sold. Supporters make their checks out to your team, club or school, never to Premier. At delivery, your group pays Premier $18 per box with one cashier’s check or organizational check made out to Premier Fundraiser. If your school uses a purchase order system, we’ll gladly work with it.
