Between club dues, tournament travel, uniforms, and referee fees, a soccer season adds up quickly. Premier Fundraiser gives your team soccer team fundraisers that raise real money, without asking families to cover the gap out of pocket. Your group pre-sells Creamies Ice Cream, a treat almost everyone says yes to, so orders add up fast and the season gets funded.
A soccer season comes with its own list of costs: club or league dues, tournament entry fees, travel to away matches, uniforms and kits, and referee fees that add up match after match. Bake sales and car washes only cover so much of that. That’s why so many soccer clubs and rec teams turn to Premier Fundraiser when they need soccer team fundraisers that actually move the needle.
Our ice cream program works because Creamies is a product families already want. Parents, grandparents, neighbors, and teammates’ families buy in fast, which means your players spend more time on the pitch and less time pushing a sale nobody asked for. Whether you’re funding a club travel schedule or covering entry fees for a weekend tournament, this program was built to fit a soccer team’s schedule and budget.
We partner with well-known, reliable brands to ensure your fundraiser is a success. Currently, we’re excited to feature Creamies. We are currently featuring a variety pack with Chocolate, Banana, and Orange Creamies!
The process is simple. Your team pre-sells boxes of Creamies Ice Cream, collects payment upfront, and hands out the ice cream to your buyers on one set delivery day. There’s no inventory to store and no upfront cost to your program. You pay Premier $18 per box at delivery, and your team keeps $12 of every $30 box sold as profit.
Each box holds 24 individually wrapped ice cream bars, so buyers get a treat their whole family can share, and your club gets a fundraiser people are actually excited to support.
Soccer clubs face a different challenge than a single team: one board, several age groups, and a mix of rec and competitive rosters that all need funding. Rec programs usually need help with field fees, referee costs and equipment. Competitive and travel teams carry bigger bills for tournament entry, hotels and gas for away weekends.
A club-wide pre-sale lets every age group sell at the same time under one plan. Sales are tracked in our order-tracking software, so the club can see what each team sold and direct the money where it’s needed, whether that’s travel for an older competitive team or new nets for the youngest players. Your account manager helps you set one delivery day for the whole club, or separate pickup times for each team if your club is large.
One fundraiser for the entire club means one set of flyers, one delivery and one set of instructions for parents, instead of a different sale for every team.
A good share of our soccer business comes from school programs, not just club and rec teams. Booster clubs and athletic departments lean on school soccer team fundraisers to close the gap between what a district budget covers and what a competitive season actually costs. We work with junior high and high school soccer programs the same way we work with club teams: a straightforward pre-sale, a dedicated account manager, and marketing materials that make it easy for players, parents, and coaches to spread the word.
Because Creamies is a product every family in the school community already recognizes, school soccer team fundraisers tend to move quickly. Teachers, staff, and classmates are often some of the easiest sales a team makes, which helps programs hit their goals well before the season kicks off.
A soccer season already asks a lot of your coaches and team parents, so we built our program to take the guesswork out of fundraising.
Track orders, manage your list of sellers, and keep everything organized from kickoff to delivery in one platform.
You get one point of contact who knows your program and keeps your fundraiser on schedule.
Flyers, order sheets, and social media materials are ready to go, so your coaches and team parents aren't starting from scratch.
Over 90% of the groups we work with come back for another fundraiser, which says a lot about how basketball programs feel about their results after the first season.
Premier Fundraiser is based in Utah and delivers to soccer teams and clubs across Utah and Idaho. From club soccer to school and rec programs, teams in both states have used our Creamies program to fund tournament travel, club dues and new uniforms without adding another car wash to the calendar.
We know the club calendar here and the distances between towns, so we can plan a delivery day that works for your program. Outside Utah and Idaho? Contact us to ask whether we deliver to your area.
A pre-sale is usually the easiest option. Players take orders and collect payment before anything is delivered, then everyone picks up their Creamies on one delivery day. There’s nothing to store, no upfront cost, and no booth to staff on game days. Your account manager walks you through each step.
Run one club-wide pre-sale with the same selling window and delivery day for every team. Sales are tracked in our order-tracking software, so the club can see what each team sold. For large clubs, your Premier representative can set up separate pickup times for each team or age group.
Schedule the pre-sale a few weeks before tournament registration or travel deposits are due, and set a clear goal tied to those costs, like entry fees or hotel nights. Players sell to family, neighbors and coworkers, and the money is collected upfront, so it’s in hand when the bills arrive.
The more players who sell, the faster your team reaches its goal, so most teams ask every player to take part. Your account manager can help you set a per-player goal based on what you need to raise, and let you know whether there’s a minimum order for your group.
Most teams do best selling before the season starts or ahead of a big tournament, when costs are coming due and families are focused on the team. Keep the selling window to two or three weeks so momentum doesn’t fade, then hold one delivery day for the whole team.
Your team keeps $12 of every $30 box sold. Supporters make their checks out to your team, club or school, never to Premier. At delivery, your group pays Premier $18 per box with one cashier’s check or organizational check made out to Premier Fundraiser. If your school uses a purchase order system, we’ll gladly work with it.
